Directions on returning glasses for replacement…

1. We suggest you put your broken or worn out glasses in a small MANILA envelope. The easiest way to get an envelope is at the US Post Office. The USPS also has small Priority Mail containers designed for sending Videos.  If you want to send your package faster, use the Priority Mail video box. Do not worry about potential damage to your returned pair as we replace glasses with new ones. We do not repair your old glasses.
   
   Note: Thin white business envelopes do not work for returned glasses as they often tear in the postal equipment causing tremendous delays or total loss of the contents.
   
   
2. Send your glasses to:

3. You will receive a "Lifetime Replacement Offer" card  when you buy a pair of sunglasses from this site. Include this card and a check or money order for the amount shown on the card.
    
4. Please include your current return address on the envelope.
   
   
5. Allow 2 ½ to 3 weeks for the glasses to get to us, be replaced and sent back to you. We replace between 250 and 300 pair per week but we have an efficient operation. The turnaround time in our facility is usually 4 to 5 days business days.
   
   
6. If you do not receive a return within the above time you can E-Mail us at perfectwarranty@gmail.com or write us a post card or letter with pertinent data. We do not accept phone calls regarding returns.
